1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return, including:

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process:

If eligible, we will provide return instructions along with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship the item to the address provided in our response. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or defective item.

If the item is returned in damaged or incomplete condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@webprinterhub.info.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to follow the standard return process.
